The staff were helpful and friendly. The resort had a cozy and elegant atmosphere. The pool was great for keeping the kids cool. The hotel felt private and like home. The breakfast was delicious.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

Peace and tranquility in a beautiful setting. The spacious room and jacuzzi bath were a delight. Free shuttle and bike rentals were convenient for exploring. The helpful host made arrangements for us and the Thia massage was a highlight. a lovely and peaceful stay.

Great location with beautiful surroundings, and easy access to nearby areas. The breakfast was enjoyable, with plenty of variety to choose from. The pool was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable seating options.
The noise from nearby rooms was somewhat disruptive, and the walls seem thin. The location was a bit too remote, with limited transportation options to get into town.

Spent my new year at this resort and it was a slice of heaven on earth. the villa was amazing, spotless and super comfortable. the highlight was the spacious bathroom with a jacuzzi for a relaxing soak. the staff were courteous and welcoming, always ready with a smile and willing to go above and beyond. the location was perfect for us, far from the cacophony of the city, but still easy to get to the town center.
The only hitch was the breakfast. It could have been better, a little more variety would have been appreciated.

We stayed in a resort surrounded by landscaped garden, with access to a wonderful nearby restaurant down the road. Our room was spacious, with comfortable bedding and a large bathroom. the staff was friendly and accommodating, organizing elephant tracking and transportation to/from the resort. Breakfast was good and made to order.
The location was quite far from the main centre, making it challenging to get around without the provided shuttle or arranging transportation at our own expense.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The two-bedroom villa we stayed in was incredibly spacious and clean, with two bathrooms and a jet tub. The full kitchen was a great bonus, and the mini bar service was very affordable. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious coffee served for breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it's best to order in advance if you have a tour scheduled, as the small family-run kitchen can sometimes have items coming out at different times. However, the food was always fresh and tasty.
The issue with mosquitos. This seemed to be a problem not only at the hotel, but also in the city of Chiang Mai in general.

Clean and beautiful villas, helpful and friendly staff, eco-friendly saltwater pool. Convenient location near Promenada mall and the city center. Delicious breakfast with a good variety of options.
